We'll start the practice with deeper stretches to wake the body up. Then we'll lead into flowy and continuous sequences that cultivate awareness of each connecting asana.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy • You can cancel 6 hours prior to class start without penalty. Cancellations must happen on our website or App • If past 6 hours you will be charged a no-show fee of 70 SEK. This applies to free classes, events or workshops as well. • You can book classes 14 days in advance • You can book up to 2 people per session
