A calm and strengthening practice to connect with your body, your baby and the journey towards birth. Through gentle movement, breathing and meditation, we create space to slow down, listen inward and build trust in your transforming body. A nurturing practice to support your wellbeing and prepare both body and mind for birth.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy • We do not accept cancellations via Instagram or Email. To cancel a class: sign into your account > home > upcoming sessions > cancel • You can cancel 6 hours prior to class start without penalty. Cancellations must happen on our website or App • If past 6 hours you will be charged a no-show fee of 70 SEK. This applies to free classes, events or workshops as well. • You can book classes 21 days in advance • You can book up to 2 people per session
