Service Description

Glide through your joints with observation while discovering your range of motion and depth of movement. These classes mix flexibility training with vinyasa sequences. In this practice we will pay extra close attention to our muscles and joints, move through some flexibility drills and then stitch them together in an expansive sequence.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy • You can cancel 6 hours prior to class start without penalty. Cancellations must happen on our website or App • If past 6 hours you will be charged a no-show fee of 70 SEK • You can book classes 14 days in advance • You can join a waitlist on our mobile app and if a spot becomes available to you, you have 1 hour to claim it! • You can book up to 2 people per session
