Mellow Yin/Yang + Sound bath
Service Description
Ease into passive relaxation with soft liberating movement that eventually leads you to lightness. This is a more easy and subtle class to really connect with your breath and give yourself some time to slow down. The class will end with a relaxing sound bath with crystal bowls, that will leave you feeling rested and maybe even a bit floaty!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy • We do not accept cancellations via Instagram or Email. To cancel a class: sign into your account > home > upcoming sessions > cancel • You can cancel 6 hours prior to class start without penalty. Cancellations must happen on our website or App • If past 6 hours you will be charged a no-show fee of 70 SEK. This applies to free classes, events or workshops as well. • You can book classes 21 days in advance • You can book up to 2 people per session
