Service Description

This class will begin with a slow + soft mellow yin practice, followed by an extra long relaxing savasana to the sounds of crystal singing bowls. The movement combined with sound healing will leave you feeling rested and relaxed, maybe even a bit float-y!

Cancellation policy • You can cancel 6 hours prior to class start without penalty. Cancellations must happen on our website or App • If past 6 hours you will be charged a no-show fee of 70 SEK. This applies to free classes, events or workshops as well. • You can book classes 14 days in advance • You can book up to 2 people per session
