Service Description
In this class you'll spend a longer time in each position during the Yin practice giving your body some really nice, deep stretches. You'll have time to really connect with your breath and be able to slow down.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy • We do not accept cancellations via Instagram or Email. To cancel a class: sign into your account > home > upcoming sessions > cancel • You can cancel 6 hours prior to class start without penalty. Cancellations must happen on our website or App • If past 6 hours you will be charged a no-show fee of 70 SEK. This applies to free classes, events or workshops as well. • You can book classes 21 days in advance • You can book up to 2 people per session
