This class combines slow movement with restorative yoga. From gentle Hatha we move towards supported and restful poses. You'll find deep relaxation and awareness, providing a well-rounded feel-good practice for your body and mind.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy • We do not accept cancellations via Instagram or Email. To cancel a class: sign into your account > home > upcoming sessions > cancel • You can cancel 6 hours prior to class start without penalty. Cancellations must happen on our website or App • If past 6 hours you will be charged a no-show fee of 70 SEK. This applies to free classes, events or workshops as well. • You can book classes 21 days in advance • You can book up to 2 people per session
