Fusing classical and contemporary Pilates exercises with a sprinkle of mobility. We'll use a variety of equipment to support and deepen your movement practice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy • We do not accept cancellations via Instagram or Email. To cancel a class: sign into your account > home > upcoming sessions > cancel • You can cancel 6 hours prior to class start without penalty. Cancellations must happen on our website or App • If past 6 hours you will be charged a no-show fee of 70 SEK. This applies to free classes, events or workshops as well. • You can book classes 21 days in advance • You can book up to 2 people per session
