Service Description
This workshop style class focuses on technique and encouragement to take your first steps towards different inversions — headstands, balancing on your hands, or to improve your current ability. The class starts with a warm up before inversions are demonstrated for all levels. There’s always room for questions and support to help you improve on your upside down-journey!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy • We do not accept cancellations via Instagram or Email. To cancel a class: sign into your account > home > upcoming sessions > cancel • You can cancel 6 hours prior to class start without penalty. Cancellations must happen on our website or App • If past 6 hours you will be charged a no-show fee of 70 SEK. This applies to free classes, events or workshops as well. • You can book classes 21 days in advance • You can book up to 2 people per session
