About the event
Join us for a soft beginning of the year with herbal tea tasting, a deep sound healing and time for reflection & journaling - a combination of practices aimed to soften and restore.
What to expect
This day will give you the time and space to soften and restore through all of your senses and within yourself.
You’ll get to try organic, colorful & tasty herbal teas from a Swedish brand, learn how to best use these in your daily life and then soften through gentle movements before we fall into deep rest to the tunes of crystal singing bowls during a longer sound healing session.
We’ll also do some journaling and reflections of the season we’re in and planting seeds for the year ahead, so bring your favorite pen & journal for this cosy Sunday afternoon!
