Tea + Sound with Ada

Join us for a slow and soft ending of the year with herbal tea tasting and sound healing. 

You’ll get to try organic & colorful herbal teas, learn how to use these in your daily life and then soften through gentle movements before we fall into deep rest to the tunes of crystal singing bowls during a longer sound healing session. 

We’ll also do some journaling and reflections of the season we’re in, so bring your favorite pen & journal for this cozy Sunday afternoon!
