Join Melanie for a quiet and quaint afternoon at ANP. The day will consist of discussion, movement, creativity, nourishment, and most importantly, time for silence in our hectic world.

This will be the only time we'll speak with words during our time together before our closing. You'll have a chance to introuce yourself and what brought you to the event (if you wish to share).

10:45-11:45 yang/yin practice

Melanie will guice you through a silent and peaceful practice. No instruction, no music, only quiet.
