Designed for yogis and movement enthusiasts alike, this session blends evidence-based techniques like PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), PAILs & RAILs (Progressive & Regressive Angular Isometric Loading), and CARS (controlled articular rotations) to help you develop strength, flexibility, and control throughout your range of motion.
