About Mikael

Mikael is a circus artist and handbalancing coach who has devoted the last two decades to life upside down—as both a performer and a teacher. He is an internationally recognized handstand coach who has sold out workshops all over the world. His unique approach breaks down the complex skill of hand balancing into clear, accessible concepts and practical drills. This method has helped countless students improve their handstands—from professional performers to complete beginners attempting their first kick-up.
