Vinyasa flow, soft yin and sound bath experience *with massage*

Have you been longing for a little me-time or some time to move and rest? 

We invite you to a day of flow and restore - a mid-autumn pause to catch your breath through a steady Vinyasa flow followed by time for introspection through restorative and soft Yin yoga to the sounds of crystal healing bowls and other mellow tunes. During the yin and sound session you will get (optional) hands-on assists and gentle massage of your hands and head.

There will be an opportunity for reflections in group, but also time and space for your own personal reflection through the sessions.

This day will give you space to connect with your breath, body and dreamspace - a perfect blend of movement, stillness and rest.
