Easter Sunday: Hike, Meditation + Yoga

Happy Spring, Family! 

We are so excited to announce that we're collaborating with Rolla Magic and Layers of Creativity on their first Hike & Meditate event in Sweden. Join us on Sunday March 31st for a rejuvenating morning hike and sound bath meditation, self healing yoga and sharing circle guided by @weronicacoco from

@layersofcreativity and @ivy.briana from @rollamagic followed by yoga session led by @movement.with.mel from @aniceplaceyoga

Program

10:00: Meet-up at hike location (Entrance of Botaniska trädgården)

10:10-12:10: Check in followed by hike with stops for guided meditation and sound bath by Ivy Price and self healing with Veronica Odetunde

for those who are joining us after the hike]

12:15-12:45: Collective tram ride to A Nice Place Yoga

12:50-13:50: lunch & snack break & Sharing circle

14:00-14:30: Yoga session by Melanie Buset

The event will be hosted in english.

What to bring: journal, water, snacks or lunch, warm clothes and something to sit or lay on during the hike. Yoga mats will be provided at the studio.

Snacks, tea and water will be provided at the yoga studio.

Optional: bring an offering object that is special to you or an item that symbolizes your new beginning. For example: flowers, crystal , or any item that symbolizes Spring and the energy that you want to call into this new season. You will collect your item at the end of our sound bath meditation.

About the collaborators:

Layers of Creativity (LOC) is a Gothenburg based non-profit organization and community. Since 2019 LOC has created space for creatives that are BIPOC, women or non-binary via events, workshops and LOCs Creative Database. Veronica Odetunde is a culturewoker, creative, doula, reiki practitioner,  facilitator of mothers blessing ceremonies and one of the co-founders of Layers of Creativity.

Rolla Magic is a Los Angeles based rollerskate and wellness community , dedicated to creating fun and vibrant skate and wellness playgrounds for the community to come together and share their love for skate, dance ,the outdoors, and music . Ivy Briana , founder of Rolla Magic and Hike & Meditate , was inspired to create inclusive spaces where everyone could feel welcome and free to be themselves unapologetically and heal through shared joy !
