Service Description

*We will meet at the studio to pick up our mats and then walk to the museum* Flow through steady and continuous sequences that cultivate awareness of each connecting asana. This practice will have you flowing and playing with your pace. It can also get a little sweaty (but not as sweaty as our Spicy classes!).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy • You can cancel 6 hours prior to class start without penalty. Cancellations must happen on our website or App • If past 6 hours you will be charged a no-show fee of 70 SEK • You can book classes 14 days in advance • You can join a waitlist on our mobile app and if a spot becomes available to you, you have 1 hour to claim it! • You can book up to 2 people per session
