Modified Ashtanga Primary Series

Service Description

A playful, clear and kind approach to the traditional Ashtanga Yoga practice. This 90-minute class offers a modified version of the Primary Series, designed to meet you where you are - without rigid expectations, but with a strong foundation in discipline and presence.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy • You can cancel 6 hours prior to class start without penalty. Cancellations must happen on our website or App • If past 6 hours you will be charged a no-show fee of 70 SEK. This applies to free classes, events or workshops as well. • You can book classes 14 days in advance • You can book up to 2 people per session
