Service Description
Weave through expansive and continuous movement that challenge your strength and balance. This practice is the most strength based of our offerings. Think Vinyasa meets Pilates meets Hatha. Sometimes we hold our asana's for a longer period of time, sometimes we move quite quickly and sometimes we may even bring weights (1.3kg) into the sequence!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy โข We do not accept cancellations via Instagram or Email. To cancel a class: sign into your account > home > upcoming sessions > cancel โข You can cancel 6 hours prior to class start without penalty. Cancellations must happen on our website or App โข If past 6 hours you will be charged a no-show fee of 70 SEK. This applies to free classes, events or workshops as well. โข You can book classes 21 days in advance โข You can book up to 2 people per session
