Service Description
Flow through steady and continuous sequences that cultivate awareness of each connecting asana. This practice will have you flowing and playing with your pace. It can also get a little sweaty (but not as sweaty as our Spicy classes!).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy โข We do not accept cancellations via Instagram or Email. To cancel a class: sign into your account > home > upcoming sessions > cancel โข You can cancel 6 hours prior to class start without penalty. Cancellations must happen on our website or App โข If past 6 hours you will be charged a no-show fee of 70 SEK. This applies to free classes, events or workshops as well. โข You can book classes 21 days in advance โข You can book up to 2 people per session
